Thousands flee Libya at chaotic Tunisian border

RAS ADJIR, Tunisia (AP) -- Tempers flared and scuffles broke out as the Tunisian army and aid groups struggled Sunday to control the chaos of thousands of migrant workers streaming across the border from Libya.

Lugging mattresses, blankets, overstuffed duffel bags and pulling suitcases on wheels, the expatriate laborers jostled one another for position in long lines, waiting to be processed.

"If you have registered move to the side!" screamed a Tunisian army official, waving his arms and blowing a whistle at a group of exhausted and confused-looking Egyptian day laborers.

At least 10,000 migrant workers, mostly Egyptians but also from China, Thailand, Morocco, Turkey and elsewhere, massed at this Tunisian border town, where tent camps have been erected by the army to house the stranded laborers.

Feds Grant Limited Union Rights to Airport Screeners

WASHINGTON -- After nearly a decade of wrangling, the Transportation Security Administration on Friday gave more than 40,000 airport screeners the right to vote on limited collective bargaining rights, strengthening their voice in work conditions but barring them from striking or negotiating over pay or security procedures.

The decision -- though limited -- won praise from government worker unions and many TSA workers, who fought to win the same protections as other federal employees despite claims from Republican lawmakers that union demands could jeopardize national security or slow response times in a crisis.

How to Overcome Clashing Sex Styles

There are two types of people when it comes to sex: comfort creatures and thrill seekers.

Comfort creatures tend to prefer to keep sex within the comfort of their own homes, with one partner, sticking to a few tried and true positions and routines. But what happens when a comfort creature falls for a thrill seeker, or vice versa?

At Good in Bed, we know that sexual incompatibility can have a real impact on your relationship. Perhaps your significant other loves to talk about sex, while the very word makes you blush. So how to deal when the person you love has a drastically different sex style?

U.S. demonstrations show support for Egyptian movement

(CNN) -- Saturday saw protests across the United States, held to express solidarity with the anti-government demonstrations currently roiling Egypt. Whether on the East Coast or the West Coast, crowds carried banners, flags and signs as they chanted, hoping their support could be felt thousands of miles away in Cairo, Alexandria and other Egyptian cities.

In San Francisco, demonstrators gathered at a corner on Market Street and quickly packed the sidewalk, waving Egyptian and American flags. Participants seemed to represent a rainbow of backgrounds and ages. There were elderly couples, teenagers and children with Egypt's colors painted on their faces. Many Egyptian-Americans were there, enlivening the chants with Arabic phrases. But plenty of people of Latin, Caucasian and Asian descent also turned out to march, support Egyptian demonstrators and demand the resignation of President Hosni Mubarak.
